Footage appears to show a column of Ukrainian tanks attempting to push through Russian lines somewhere in Ukraine.

The images were obtained from the Russian Ministry of Defence, on Friday, 23rd September.

In addition, pro-Russian T-90 tanks from the DPR hit Ukrainian positions near Maryinsky, in eastern Ukraine.

The images were obtained from the pro-Russian, so-called People's Militia of the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR), on Thursday, 22nd September.

US accelerating HIMARS production to help Ukraine fight against Russia

The U.S. is accelerating production of High Mobility Artillery Rocket Systems or Himars, in order to help Ukraine, a Pentagon official has said.

Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition, William LaPlante made the comments after visiting Lockheed Martin facilities in Camden, Arkansas that produce Himars and Guided Multiple Launch Rocket Systems (GMLRS), according to a news release from the Department of Defense.

M142 HIMARS - US Rocket Artillery System Russia Fear Most

The M142 High Mobility Artillery Rocket System (HIMARS) is a light multiple rocket launcher developed in the late 1990s for the United States Army, mounted on a standard Army M1140 truck frame.

The HIMARS carries six rockets or one MGM-140 ATACMS missile on the U.S. Army's new Family of Medium Tactical Vehicles (FMTV) five-ton truck and can launch the entire Multiple Launch Rocket System Family of Munitions (MFOM).

HIMARS ammunition is interchangeable with the MLRS M270A1; however, it is only able to carry one pod rather than the standard two for the M270 and A1 variants.

US sends hundreds of tanks and armored vehicles to Russian border

Full-scale fighting broke out on the border between Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan.
